  Decent place to live. The area has cleaned up alot and the crime rate has gone way down. You still have the prostitutes up on the corner but they don't bother you. The neighbors are super nice and very friendly. The management couple is RACIST and don't understand life and that sometimes you struggle and sometimes you don't need a 60$ late fee every month because they are ignorant and have to charge you he late fee no matter what even if it is because of your disability checks.
