  Came in yesterday and started the paperwork. And I was given an appointment for the 28th at 930. Showed up early waited until 940 before I asked why I'm still waiting. The nice woman at the check in told me that at 945 they take last call then at 10 they look to see who's here and what's needed for them. Then once they are ready they will call you in. She said I can wait for 2 hrs before im seen. Why make appoitments if the time doesn't matter anyway.
