  I read other reviews.... I have only experienced awesome customer service! I thought the agent was being rude. Honestly, I was having a bad day and she was very professional. To me I interpreted it as rude but my daughter pointed out that she was very professional and no nonsense. That’s really what I expect in any business that I hold responsible for my goods.
  Very clean. Very very professional!
